URGENT: Final Days Guidelines (2nd-5th)

We expect significant network congestion across carriers in the final days before Election Day. Follow these urgent guidelines to minimize issues and ensure the highest delivery rates.

1. Start Early: Start/book jobs by 9 AM or as early as possible. Network congestion will peak in the afternoon/evening, so starting early maximizes delivery rates and helps avoid delays.
2. Extended Sending Windows: Canvassing must be booked in 4-hour windows and messages will be delivered within these windows.
3. Avoid Starting Jobs After 4:30 PM ET: Carrier congestion is guaranteed to peak in the evening.
4. Time Zone Prioritization: Eastern Time messages are first to send, followed by Central, Mountain, and Pacific, to ease network pressure and boost delivery rates.
5. ASAP vs. Scheduled Time Booking:
   • ASAP: Your message will be prioritized and sent as quickly as possible in the order it’s received.
   • Scheduled Time: Your message will begin and complete within a 4-hour window from your selected start time.
6. Wire Payments by October 31st: Ensure wire payments are made by October 31st to cover expenses through Election Day on the 5th.
7. Support: Extended Support Hours: Our team is standing by 9am-12am ET to assist you.
