Easy Plan Renewal
When you’ve used all of your credits, renewing your plan is as simple as the push of a button. You can also opt for automatic renewal with your permission. However, this is not an automatic renewal that happens without your knowledge. We believe in complete transparency and ensure you are always in control.
Unsubscription Model
We call our model the “unsubscription,” which is the opposite of a subscription. You can:
- Cancel your plan anytime.
- Pause your plan anytime.
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime.
We offer the flexibility of automatic plan renewal but only with your explicit permission. We do not force auto-billing at random times, and we make sure this process is very transparent.
Advance Notice
We send you advance notice before the end of the month, detailing the exact date and amount your plan will renew for. You will also receive clear instructions on how to cancel your plan if needed. Despite all our reminders, if you forget and your plan is billed, simply send us a message, and we will refund the balance.
Transparent Pricing
We are incredibly transparent with our pricing. If you decide to purchase an add-on service throughout the month, you can easily do so within our platform. Every penny is accounted for, and the exact cost is clearly displayed upfront—no surprises.
