URGENT: Final Days Guidelines (2nd-5th)

We always see significant network congestion across carriers in the final days before Election Day. Follow these urgent guidelines to minimize issues and ensure the highest delivery rates.

1. Start Early: Start jobs by 9 AM or as early as possible. Network congestion will peak in the afternoon/evening, so starting early maximizes delivery rates and helps avoid delays.
2. Avoid Starting Jobs After 4:30 PM ET: Carrier congestion is guaranteed to peak in the evening, start early and give yourself extra time to ensure your messages are delivered.
3. Time Zone Prioritization: Eastern Time messages are first to send, followed by Central, Mountain, and Pacific, to ease network pressure and boost delivery rates.
4. Wire Payments by October 31st: Ensure wire payments are made by October 31st to cover expenses through Election Day on the 5th.
5. Support: Extended Support Hours: Our team is standing by 9am-12am ET to assist you.
